Terms for using Appsail

These product terms describe the baseline rules for using Appsail’s builder-to-builder testing platform. Replace or supplement them with final company-approved legal terms before public launch in the EU.

Account and eligibility

  • Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
  • Accounts may be suspended or restricted when abuse, fraud, scraping abuse, or repeated policy violations are detected.
  • Builders are responsible for the legality of the projects, links, files, and content they submit to Appsail.

Community and content rules

  • Feedback, comments, and messages must be lawful, non-abusive, and relevant.
  • Users must not upload malware, illegal content, or any project that infringes third-party rights.
  • Appsail may remove content or restrict access where moderation, legal, or security action is required.

Credits, payments, and boosts

  • Credits are platform balances used for visibility features and participation incentives.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, card-provider requirements, refunds, and payment compliance remain subject to Stripe and the final commercial policy.
  • Boosts increase visibility probability; they do not guarantee traffic, testing volume, or revenue.

Privacy and termination

  • Personal data is handled according to the Appsail privacy notice and cookie preferences.
  • Users can delete their account from Settings, request an export of their data, and review cookie preferences at any time.
  • Some payment or abuse-prevention records may continue to exist with processors or under legal retention obligations even after account deletion.

Launch checklist note

These terms provide a structured placeholder implementation so the product has accessible legal surfaces in the UI. Before launch, replace them with the company’s final approved terms, governing-law clause, legal entity details, and support contact information.
